Close to the railway station and Sheringham Golf Course, it is well-equipped and conveniently located within an easy stroll of the award-winning beaches and town centre. It boasts an allocated parking space and a small balcony; ideal for watching the world go by on those hot summer evenings!
Ground floor communal back door leading to internal staircase, leading up one flight to apartment front door: opening into Lounge/diner: with 2 armchairs, smart TV, dining table and four chairs and door to the balcony with seating. Door to Kitchen: Electric hob and electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Inner hallway with doors to: Bedroom: Kingsize bed (can be split into 2 single beds – please advise upon booking) with chest of draws (wardrobe in closet outside room). Bathroom: with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided, Wi-Fi. Location: beach 10-minute walk, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll. Very close to the traditional steam railway. Wi-fi, 1 x allocated parking space.

“Immaculately clean in fact everything looked brand new. Comfortable beds and good bedding. Plenty of storage, even the beds had drawers underneath. Kitchen supplied with a good selection of cookware and appliances. Great to have our own parking space , we hardly used the car as Sheringham area is so walkable. Brilliant position just near the station so straight across car park and you are on the high street. We would definitely use again if in the area. ”
