“We have stayed in Sheringham 3 times and this is by far the best holiday cottage we have had. It is tastefully decorated with lovely curtains. Although the kitchen is small it has all the essentials. Beds are comfy and shower great. A bonus to have a washbasin in the twin room. It cannot be faulted. We will stay again. ”

“I loved the cottage, it was quaint and clean and sweet smelling. Everything had been thought out so well and there was nothing I was short of. The position, too, was perfect, a couple of minutes to the High Street and shops in one direction and a couple of minutes to the sea in the other.

“Old school cottage is a clean comfortable cottage ideally place for all Sheringhams amenities with enough space to park a small medium car,the cottage is well equipped the only down side is it doesn't have a washing machine but the good news is there's a launderette just round the corner,”

“Very good location, comfy cottage, everything we needed. Garden was in need of attention. Some damp in the rooms.Smelly conservatory.”

“Our second time here. Love the cottage has everything you need. The location excellent. The only negative is the double mattress too soft could do with replacing otherwise would recommend old school yard cottage highly. Will definitely be returning for a third time probably more. ”

Jason K

“We have been many years to Sheringham 70yrs and love the fact it hardly changes.
The property School Yard Cottage is very comfortable, clean, everything you need, very well situated and parking for a small car a bonus. Stayed in many properties over the years and all have been good through Keys Holidays.”

“Hopefully will be back next year!”

Ms S

“Always very good to me, just right out the door I can hear the sea and see it after a short walk.”

“We had a great weeks holiday, the cottage in general has some charm but the beds in our opinion were not very good, aggravated my back condition. Sheringham is a great place although at times the road could be a little noisy - not the owners fault.”
