A bright spacious comfortable seaside apartment in the heart of Sheringham. This first floor apartment is moments from the seafront and town and provides a great relaxing space from which to explore.

Ground floor: With stairs leading to the first floor
First floor: Front door leading into hallway with doors to Double bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. Open plan living/dining and kitchen: with comfortable sofas and TV. Kitchen area: with electric cooker, fridge and microwave, dining table with 4 chairs.
Please note: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Allocated parking space. WiFi. Location: beach 200 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll.

“A lovely light and airy flat tastefully decorated in a great location and good parking. Neighbours above were noisy on occasion. You could hear them walking about and could hear their tv. However, I wouldn’t say it affected our stay that much. ”

“Lovely first floor flat, perfect position few minutes walk to beach, town & station. Well laid out, comfy bed & sofas. As mentioned in previous reviews parking for a large car was tight, but brilliant to have parking onsite on a busy weekend. Nice bedding. No WiFi but didn’t bother us too much as lots to do during the 1940’s weekend, just used the flat as a base. Didn’t use the cooker, microwave was useful. Perfect base for a lovely weekend.

“Convienent for the beach and central amenities. The flat is comfortable and clean with parking for one car. Couldn't find the rotary washing line which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you wanted to get things dry after a day on the Beach. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for three adults and a teenager.”

“We had a great week staying at 4 Edal Court. Location behind the old Burlington Hotel is great as very close to beach and the centre of Sheringham. Accommodation was clean, bright and comfy. Only issue we had was with parking. There are 6 spaces , one for each flat but the space isn’t suitable for 6 modern cars and sometimes we had to find on street parking due to not being able to fit in the space left when all other cars are parked. Removing the chain rope and post would help or marking out each space. As there was loads of unlimited on street parking it wasnt such an issue but in the summer it could be.”

There’s games, dvds and beach buckets, windbreakers, kite and surfboards to use.
Just a short stroll to cafes, pubs and restaurants.

“The flat was ideally situated for us and we were able to enjoy a walk along the sea front every day. It was also only a short walk to the shops and restaurants, so really great on a self-catering holiday. There was a slight problem with the designated parking due to the position of the posts holding the chain across the front of the spaces but it was okay most of the time as not all six flats were occupied. The flat was clean and bright and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely laid out but, although there was a slow cooker and a very fancy coffee making machine, there were no dishes suitable for cooking in the oven. So I ended up buying foil dishes which were really not that good. And there wasn't an oven glove so getting "floppy" foil dishes out of the oven was a bit tricky. If we should be lucky enough to be able to have another holiday in Sheringham in the future, we would be more than happy to stay in Edal Court.”
