“This is the fourth time we have stayed at The Sidings. It is a spacious and comfortable cottage and easy to keep warm in the Winter. However this time we were very disappointed that the TV in the front room wasn't working properly and the DVD player was missing. Also the kitchen is starting to look very tired. The latter doesn't matter so much but in the Winter you do need a TV that you can watch. We ended up watching on my iPad!”

“As far as location and cleanliness are concerned the bungalow was very good. The parking available was excellent especially for more than one car. It would have helped to have clearer instructions about how things worked e.g. needing two remote controls for the tv. A little more crockery and glasses would have been nice. Luckily we discovered the freezer on our last visit otherwise it would have been a mystery!”

“This property is a definite must foe anyone looking to stay in Sheringham, ample space, very clean and tidy, laze in the back garden and watch the steam train on the Poppy line pass by. A five minute walk will get you to the bus station where you can catch the bus and explore Cromer or Wells. If staying at home is your thing there is nothing that you will need that is not already supplied by the owners of this superb property.”

“Spacious, clean, well-appointed and a fabulous location within easy reach of town and beach. We met the owners and they are lovely people who are on hand nearby to solve any problems (we had a small issue with the television). A few reservations: the cooker hood over the kitchen island is a liability if you spend any length of time cooking on the hob. And there could be a better set of kitchen knives and a few more serving bowls. Otherwise, a lovely holiday home which we plan to revisit. ”

After really very heavy winds the Freesat reception wasn&rsquo;t very true but after reporting to Keyes a new replacement disc appeared very very quickly. So thank you to very caring owners. ”

“We were blown away as soon as we stepped through the door. This bungalow has everything you could possibly want, it truly is like a &ldquo;home from home&rdquo;. Very comfortable furniture, beds etc (although the pillows are a bit hard). Great enclosed garden, so I knew our dog was safe from the trains that run at the bottom of the garden.”

“We have been to Sheringham on holiday many times, but this was our first stay at the Sidings. What a delight! We have all expressed a wish to return here. It was comfortable, well equipped for self catering, and we all became train spotters during the week with the novelty of having the trains literally at the end of the garden. We chose a bungalow as we were bringing a wheelchair this time, and it was very suitable for a chair and walker. The location is straightforward for accessing the town and the sea front, and once we&rsquo;d worked out the dropped kerbs in town, we became quite expert, as this was our first go at wheelchair manoeuvring as well! We only really paid attention to the garage two doors down at the end of the week, but it has a very handy supermarket in there with all the things you run out of for convenience. The property is well maintained and comes with useful things like the trinket trays by the bed to drop rings and watches in overnight. Plenty of plates,mugs and cutlery too. All in all, we were very pleased with this accommodation and are looking to return soon.”

“Comfortable, clean well equipped accommodation. Close to the shops and beach. Garden backs onto the Poppy Line so for steam train enthusiasts a paradise watching the trains go by and the rolling stock moved. ”
