Door to: WC and washbasin. Kitchen: with electric hob with electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Staircase leading to first floor landing.
First floor: Landing with doors leading to: Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds and built-in wardrobe, boasting a sea glimpse. Principal bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bay window, built-in storage and smart TV, door to Ensuite: cubicle shower, wash basin and WC. Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds, armoire, and dual aspect windows, boasting a sea glimpse. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Location: beach 20-minute walk, local shops 0.2 miles. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding), stairgate and highchair available. £50.00 refundable damage deposit applicable. . Outside: garden with lawn and patio with outdoor furniture. Linen and towels provided. Driveway parking.
