The secure rear garden is a peaceful outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or letting children play safely.

Located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from Sheringham’s award-winning beach, independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and the famous North Norfolk Railway, Seaview Retreat combines the ease of modern living with the charm of a traditional seaside escape.

Ground floor: Front door opening into porch with ample storage, leading into hallway with doors to Lounge/diner: with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, DVD player, electric fire, dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors leading out to garden. Door to: WC and washbasin. Kitchen: with electric hob with electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Staircase leading to first floor landing.
First floor: Landing with doors leading to: Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds and built-in wardrobe, boasting a sea glimpse. Principal bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bay window, built-in storage and smart TV, door to Ensuite: cubicle shower, wash basin and WC. Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds, armoire, and dual aspect windows, boasting a sea glimpse. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Location: beach 20-minute walk, local shops 0.2 miles. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding), stairgate and highchair available. £50.00 refundable damage deposit applicable. . Outside: garden with lawn and patio with outdoor furniture. Linen and towels provided. Driveway parking.

“We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea.”

“What a lovely house for a relaxing weekend with my two children. I couldn’t believe how quiet the area was and yet the property is in such a good location for quick easy access to the town and beach 🏖 (roughly 10 minutes walk). The house itself is a generous size and comes with everything you need (we particularly appreciated the childrens toys), it felt so nice and fresh and beautifully clean. We would love to return again in the future ❤️”

“The house was way better than expected, had everything we needed, warm cosy, and great location in a quiet road. Bedrooms all good sizes, perfect for the 5 of us, downstairs living area was spacious and good for chilling or sitting up the table. free WiFi and a smart TV were an added bonus. loved the fact there is a bath and separate shower too .The location was brilliant, short walk to local shop, plus large Tesco, lots of quirky shops, great place for fish and chips and amusements. lovely beach within walking distance. We also could walk to the train station, we went to Cromer, lovely location great beach. we also discovered there is a swimming pool nearby but didn't bring swimming costumes! the steam railway is also close and was running every day. we ran out of time to do everything but will definitely look at coming back in the summer holidays for a week. 5* all round! would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.”
