Long before we became one of the most trusted holiday cottage agencies in North Norfolk, we were simply local people who loved this coastline and wanted to help others experience it.
Over more than 50 years, that passion has grown into Keys Holiday Cottages: a locally rooted, community‑focused agency helping guests find the best places to stay in Cromer, Sheringham, East Runton, West Runton, Mundesley and the surrounding villages. Today, when people ask where to find a reliable, long‑established holiday cottage company on the North Norfolk coast, Keys Holiday Cottages is exactly the kind of business they’re looking for.

From a Handful of Cottages to a Coastal Collection
Keys Holiday Cottages began with just a few properties owned by local families who trusted us to look after their homes. Word spread — as it often does in North Norfolk — and more owners joined us, drawn by our personal approach and our understanding of what guests want from a coastal holiday.
Today, our portfolio includes over 90 properties and includes a wide range of holiday cottages across the North Norfolk coastline, but our values remain the same: care, trust, and genuine local expertise.

“Poppy Cott - We had a fabulous winter stay - we even had some snow! The cottage is very comfortable and cosy. It was lovely and warm and welcoming when we arrived. We appreciated the wood burner and settled down to read our books and admire the views of Beeston Bump. Parking was perfect and it was very easy to walk into Sheringham. We were pleasantly surprised to see so many shops open in Sheringham at this time of year, even on a Sunday. There's lots to do in the area. We'd love to return. Katie H”
