Welcome to South Side, a charming and characterful holiday cottage perfectly positioned in the heart of West Runton, one of North Norfolk’s most loved coastal villages. Set along a peaceful lane that leads directly to the beach, this inviting two-bedroom retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Whether you’re planning long walks along the Norfolk Coast Path, days spent exploring rock pools, or simply a quiet escape by the sea, South Side provides a wonderfully relaxing base for your holiday. With its enclosed garden, cosy interiors, and unbeatable location just moments from local shops, cafés, and the friendly Village Inn pub, this cottage is a favourite for couples and small groups looking to enjoy the very best of the North Norfolk coastline. South Side welcomes one small, well-behaved dog, making it a great choice for guests who love to bring their four-legged companion along. With coastal paths, woodland trails, and dog-friendly beaches nearby, it’s a wonderful place for dogs to enjoy too.
Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway with staircase and door to Kitchen: with table and 4 chairs, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer, door to Lounge: TV , wood burner and patio doors leading to the garden.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms. Family bathroom: walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Please note: WiFi. 1 well-behaved small dog considered at £30.00 per week (please ask before booking). Allocated parking for 1 car. Children permitted over the age of 16 years only. Small garden pond. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.Please Note: Location: beach 0.4 miles, pubs and shops 450 ft. £50.00 refundable security deposit required.
