Downstairs family shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Spiral staircase leading to first and second floors.

Outside: The private rear courtyard offers a quiet place to relax, with outdoor seating ideal for enjoying warm evenings or planning the next day’s adventures. Please note: sloping ceilings in some rooms and spiral staircase (which may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility concerns).
