Set just across the road from Cromer’s golden sands, Dylan's View, 87 Runton Road is a charming seaside retreat where slow mornings, salty air, and relaxed coastal living come naturally. The bungalow offers a blend of contemporary comfort and character, with inviting social spaces, a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals, and bedrooms designed for restful nights after days spent exploring the area.
Ground floor: Front door opening into entrance lobby opening into the hallway, with doors to: Lounge: with comfortable sofa and chair, Smart TV, opening into Conservatory with table and 6 chairs and door leading to parking area and door leading to Shower Room: with shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. Kitchen: with electric hob with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven. Door to: Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds (can be zipped together to create King size bed – please advise upon booking if required), 2 x bedside drawer units, built-in wardrobe and window. Principal bedroom: with King size bed, with bay window and views out to sea, wardrobe, bedside drawer units, chest of drawers. Family bathroom: bath, WC and pedestal hand basin.

Outside: Step outside to enjoy a private garden — perfect for al fresco breakfasts or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets. With the beach, pier, independent shops, and clifftop paths all within easy reach, guests can enjoy Cromer at their own pace.
