Enter via the back from the parking space into the: Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and microwave. Centre island and table with four chairs. Living Room: with two sofas, TV, and feature fireplace. Steep staircase leading up to: Landing: with doors opening to: Double Bedroom: with double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. Double Bedroom: with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Single Bedroom: with single bed and bedside cabinet with built-in wardrobe. Step down to Family bathroom: bath with handheld shower, WC, towel rail and wash basin (low ceiling height in places).
Outside: Small seating area with table and four chairs. Driveway parking available for one small car.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. WiFi. Location: beach 3-minute walk. Sheringham Golf course 1.0 mile. Regrettably, pets not permitted.
